I write this publish on the full belly, the very best type of belly should you request me. I really like how simple this dish would be to throw together. It’s rustic in character: loosely sliced sweet taters, a little salt, pepper and thyme, fresh grated cheese along with a a little milk. Throw her within the oven to have an hour approximately and you've got a sensational and attractive dish to deal with. Personally, i prefer mine to supplement lunch, it could be perfect alongside eggs or fruit in the morning or being an mid-day snack.

The good thing? It’s good hot, warm and 70 degrees meaning it’s a no-fuss type of meal. Should you haven’t suspected right now, that’s my type of meal.

Total time

An easy gratin featuring sweet taters, thyme, low-body fat milk and mozzarella dairy product. More healthy than your average gratin yet just like satisfying.

  • 2 organic sweet taters, sliced in thin models
  • 1 small red-colored or yellow potato
  • ~ 1/4 teaspoon each salt and freshly ground pepper
  • 1 teaspoon thyme, roughly chopped (fresh or dried)
  • 3/4-1 cup Mozzarella dairy product, carefully grated
  • 2 cups low-body fat milk (I made use of 2%)
